The 2019 Massive! long boil single-malt Barley Wine was aged in seven different kinds of barrels. In addition to the traditional bourbon barrel aging (Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve) we also aged in Scotch, Porter, Mezcal (sold out), Maple, Rye and Cognac.
To make the 2019 Massive!, weboiled Skagit Valley PilotPale Malt for eight hours, impartinga deepruby color and rich maltflavor.
