American Imperial / Double Stout: Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Vanilla Stout: Our chart-topping ”liquid brownie batter” was aged in a medley of Buffalo Trace, WL Weller, Heaven Hill, and Four Roses bourbon barrels with multiple additions of Madagascar vanilla beans. 13.55% ABV

American Imperial / Double Stout: Pch Mortel (French for “Mortal Sin”) is an intensely black and dense beer with very pronounced roasted flavours. Coffee is infused during the brewing process intensifying the bitterness of the beer and giving it a powerful coffee taste. Pch Mortel is brewed to be savored; we invite you to drink it in moderation. The Pch Mortel was born in our Montreal brewpub in October 2001. 9.5% ABV

Imperial / Double Oatmeal Stout: Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged in Copperworks Distilling whiskey barrels. 12.9% ABV

Imperial / Double Milk Stout: Imperial stout aged in Jim Beam Bourbon barrels and conditioned on cacao nibs. This imperial milk stout pulls you in with sweet milk chocolate aromas that keep you captivated with the smooth roasted coffee notes and a silky finish. 10.5% ABV

(1) Jackie O’s Bourbon Barrel Vanilla & Coffee Bean Dark Apparition

Russian Imperial Stout: The same blend of barrels (Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace) as the base BBDA. A small portion was conditioned on vanilla beans for five days and was then blended with Peruvian coffee infused BBDA. This years blend presents very coffee forward on the nose. The vanilla takes center stage on the palate. The blend of the base beer and the adjuncts take this beer to yet another level. The vanilla character makes this blend seem much sweeter and dessert-like. The best bottle of the release, in our humble opinion. 12.5% ABV
