Puerto Vallarta Aejo is distilled from the fermented juices obtained from the hearts of the finest 100% Weaber Tequilana Blue Agave plants. This superb juice is triple distilled then aged to perfection; it is a true connoisseurs tequila.
Tasting Notes:
COLOR: Rich Amber, gold, and deep copper undertones.
AROMA: Citrus, fruit notes, agave comments should be present but not as pronounced. Complexity, full flavors, etc. should be emphasized. Smokey depending upon oak char.
FLAVOR: Combines agave, butterscotch, vanilla, nut, and cognac like flavors. There is also a hint of cocoa.
FINISH: The smoothest in texture with a perfect yet complex finish.
AGE: Aged in French oak for 18 months.
