You can’t get away from the juicy hints of citrus, mango, pineapple, and banana brought out by the Motueka, Sabro, and Citra hops in this tropical medley. 7% ABV

IPA: Our popular Seize the IPA, infused with cold brew from local roaster, Mostra Coffee. Bright, fruity hops blend for an unexpected harmony. 6.5% ABV

Milk / Sweet Stout: Collaborating with other like minded businesses will be an important part of this brewery. For this beer we team up with locally based Mostra Coffee Roasters. After brewing this oatmeal milk stout with Guana Cacao Nibs from San Francisco’s TCHO Chocolatier we cold steep Mostra’s Fortissimo Espresso with the beer for 24 hours before packaging. At 5.1% ABV this beer is defies the perception that dark beers are only big, bold, and too alcoholic to enjoy. 5.1% ABV

(1) Mikkeller Trblod

Imperial / Double Stout: A massive Imperial Stout, blasted with an incredible amount of high-quality Vermont Maple Syrup and kissed with a moderate amount of dark roast coffee. A full serving of breakfast in a glass – decadent tree sap, roasted malt, and eggy french toast crust. Full-bodied and balanced, a unabashed symphony between sweet syrup and dark roasted coffee. 11% ABV

IPA: West Coast IPA hopped with Mosaic & Amarillo. 7.2% ABV

New England Pale Ale: Hints of pineapple, mango & citrus. Low bitterness 6.2% ABV

Honey Ale (Gluten-free): Its honey season, so that means our 2016 CA State Fair Silver Medal Winner is back! Expect a beautiful honey aroma and flavor with a nice dry finish. And you can feel philanthropic in your sweet intoxication because this year a portion of the proceeds from this beer will be donated to Planet Bee Foundation. IPA: Surfari IPA is a re-imagining of a classic West Coast-style IPA. With a traditional hop profile, expect bursting flavors of citrus, specifically lemon, and pine with an ample amount of tropical fruit. Be on the lookout for subtle notes of biscuit and honey to balance that big hop flavor. This IPA is sure to have your taste buds riding a wave of the delicious expedition. 7.2% ABV
