Milk / Sweet Stout: Pure decadence with none of the gooey mess… and if you close your eyes, you’ll picture yourself nestled around a campfire. 7.1% ABV

(1) Coronado Shaka Berry Pastry Stout

Pastry Stout: Shakka Berry blends tart boysenberries and blackberries with rich cocoa and vanilla bean for waves of flavor in this decadent pastry stout. Hang loose and enjoy the ride! 10.5% ABV

(1) Belching Beaver Viva La Beaver Mexican Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout

Milk / Sweet Stout :Formally named Viva La Beaver, and prior, Living La Beaver Loca (Tom was voted down on that one), we changed the name to highlight the key flavors of this award-winning beer. With notes of creamy peanut butter, cinnamon and coffee, this decadent milk stout is the perfect dessert beer to finish off your meal. Currently our highest rated beer, receiving numerous Gold and Silver medals. Sink your teeth into this liquid chocolate treat. 7.5% ABV

(1) 8 Wired Flat White Milk Stout

Milk / Sweet Stout: A rather traditional milk stout, taken up a notch by the additional of Cuban and Brazilian coffee, freshly roasted by our friends at C4 Coffee.

Honourably named after New Zealand’s national style of barista coffee. A title that has been wrestled away from freeze dried instant coffee and made our country one of the best coffee nations in the world. In our own humble opinion…. Brewed with coffee, vanilla beans and lactose. 5.5% ABV

(1) 8 Wired iStout Affogato Imperial Stout

Imperial Milk / Sweet Stout: The “i” might be in lower case, but beware – this is a capital beer. Brimming with luscious roasted coffee and chocolate malt flavours drizzled over a scoop of velvety ice cream. iStout Affogato is balanced by a brisk bitterness and bold, hoppy freshness, remixed by the addition of lactose, coffee, and vanilla in the brew. 10% ABV

(1) Perennial Coffee Stout (2020 Dark Matter Coffee)

American Imperial / Double Stout: For the full distribution batch, Tim and Phil selected a blend of two beans: The first is a washed coffee from the Santa Petrona farm in El Salvador. The second is from the San Jeronimo Miramar farm in Guatemala and was fermented with Bavarian Wheat Yeast.

Brewed with a malt bill comprised of a bevy of European specialty malt and loads of flaked oats. With this rich stout base, the coffee melds with the caramel and chocolate malts to bring forward layers of chocolate cake and freshly brewed coffee, all wrapped up with a smooth yet boozy finish. This beer reminds us of putting chocolate sauce in your morning coffee, late night diner hangs, and early morning stout brewshifts. 11.5% ABV

American Imperial / Double Stout: Next out of the creamery: Black Chocolate Cake. Inspired by the palate-pleasing flavors of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams’ Blackout Chocolate Cake ice cream, this Imperial Milk Stout is mouth-filling and complex, with notes of rich cocoa, chocolate cake, bittersweet fudge, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Hold the spoon, we’ll take ours in a can. 8.5% ABV
